Divinely Dysfunctional — Week 5: Mary
Right after she gives birth, Mary meets a man named Simeon who speaks a prophetic word, saying that her child, the one called Jesus, will cause her great joy and great pain. We see through her that God’s favor and blessing often takes us to places we would never choose. There is nothing flashy about Mary. But her obedience and faith leave a legacy we can still not only learn from, but be inspired by.
