Compassion Immersion 2019 - Week 2
Across history, humans have divided across economic and social lines. In every society, there are the powerful and wealthy, and the poor and (often) neglected. Jesus’s day was no different. And yet, the way that Jesus interacted across the entire spectrum of society (from those who were HIGH on the social ladder, to those who were on the bottom rung) shows something incredible: Jesus went after everyone. Which means everyone needs Jesus. And that Jesus is for everyone. Local Compassion pastor Finny Abraham shares stories from around our city about how we are trying to be light and truth to people, no matter who they are.
