Jesus - when referring to why He was on this Earth - said that He came to “save the lost.” In fact, Jesus’ name is phonetically identical to the word “save” in Hebrew. But to save us how? What does it mean to be “saved.” In this teaching, we’ll explore how the Bible uses the word “salvation” and in that, we’ll see facets of the word “salvation” that reveal something far deeper and far better than the typical caricatures of this word.
