Anthem Worship concert
Anthem Worship Concert is an opportunity to encounter God in worship and be moved to action for our world. Opportunities to help at this event include greeters, parking lot attendants, merchant table helpers, and friendly people to help others figure their way around campus (general hospitality). If your life group is interested in serving at this event please contact Josh Fox.
(Rumor has it that you also get free admission for those who serve for one of the shifts.)
When - Feb 28-29 2020
Location - South Hills campus
Time - Friday 3pm - 9:30pm (various shifts)
Saturday 8:00am - 3:30pm (various shifts)
WestGate Water
WestGate Water takes your plastic bottles and aluminum cans, redeems them at local recycling facilities, and then uses 100 percent of the proceeds to drill water wells. If you’re interested, there are three ways you can serve:
1. Join us one service a month, or more, and help crush the collected plastic bottles and aluminum cans. Serve alone, with family, or with your Life Group, at our Saratoga or South Hills/Casa De Fe campus. (Ages 5+)
2. Help transport the crushed cans from the Saratoga campus to the recycling center in Santa Clara. Team meets on Wednesdays at 8:30am. (Ages 18+)

Easter Egg Hunt
HUNT is an annual tradition at WestGate South Hills just prior to Easter. The community is invited to come and enjoy a fun Easter egg hunt, play games and enjoy a carnival like atmosphere. There are two opportunities below. If your life group is interested in serving please contact Shelene Huey-Booker

Time: anytime between 12-5pm
Why: Stuffing eggs, craft prep

Children’s ministry events
Kitchen crew/Set Up for Children's Events - KidzTown Live (first Wednesday of every month),
Club 45 events - Game Nights, August Pool Party (Fall - Nov 1st or Spring (tbd))
Operation Christmas Child - Build boxes (early Oct), help sort and/or deliver boxes to local drop off location (mid November)
KidzCamp - set up or tear down or prep team (June/July)
Classroom Cleanup - Our classrooms could always use deep cleaning or organizing if they wanted to "adopt" a room and go through it together. (Anytime)
GUEST EXPERIENCE
Kitchen Clean Up (monthly)

Pick a Saturday morning and help us tidy up a bit!
Our kitchen is a high traffic area and could use some TLC
Parking Lot Striping
Ages 18+
Did you know that over 1,000 tires a week drive through our parking lots? From time to time they need some help to look their best. Your team can work along side our facilities team and restrip the parking lot spaces
Dusting (monthly)
Ages 14+
Being located in the middle of heavily traveled road has its advantages-but it also means that dust becomes an issue. Choose a Saturday morning of your choice for your group to come and dust surfaces and ceiling areas in the Worship Center & Theater.
