LEADERSHIP COHORT

 
 
 
 

This is an invite-only leadership cohort that exists to equip our current and future leaders here at WestGate Church. We will explore biblical principles of leadership, character formation, our strengths/weaknesses, blind spots, and gifts. This space is designed to build new relationships and deepen our discipleship to Jesus.

 
 

What to expect:

  • We will meet on Sundays from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. at the Saratoga Campus for eight weeks, with a longer opening session from January 26th to March 23rd.

    • Please make sure your schedule allows you to attend at least 7 of the 8 sessions. We will not meet on February 16th.

  • Weekly small group + assignments

  • Instructors include Jay Kim, Andy Gridley, David Kim, and more.

  • Cost: $75 with scholarships available (lunch will be provided for the opening and final session)

  • Only one excused absence is allowed.
